Froggy's was a preferred caterer of our venue, the Womans Club of Evanston. The first time we talked to Thierry, we felt at ease.
The tasting was super hard - only because everything was so delicious. Thierry was right there with us through every decision. He was a calming influence on us and made us feel like everything was taken care of. I'm not a cake person, so I decided I wanted donuts instead of cake. Thierry laughed and then provided some truly delicious donuts. But as someone who doesn't like cake, I have to rave about their praline cake. If I was going to have cake at my wedding, it was going to be that.
The day of, the staff was attentive and wonderful Gerard was our maitre d, and he was so fun and fantastic. They rolled with the punches when the power went out at our venue and got everything moving as quickly as possible. Everything looked great and exactly how we pictured it.

Froggy's catered my wedding at St. Ignatius last week. Everything was PERFECT. Not only was the food delicious (so many people came up to my dad and texted me the next day how amazing the appetizers and entrees were), the staff was extremely friendly and efficient as well. Thierry made sure that every detail was handled perfectly and was so easy to work with. As a bride, I didn't stress at all that evening because everything was exactly as we had planned out. I highly recommend Froggy's for any event, especially if you are having a wedding!

My husband and I had the most fabulous wedding food experience! Froggy's catered it and it was not only delicious, but the food was served hot, all the servers were so pleasant, all the appetizers, main meal etc. was served on time and ready. The cake was sooooo delicious!! Thierry was such a joy to work with! We had a couple food tastings and pick just what we wanted to be served at the wedding! He was so punctual and anytime we need to talk or meet at the venue (Elawa Farms) he would make time for us. I HIGHLY recommend using Froggy's for catering, it was such a delightful experience and made for NO STRESS!

Let me start by saying that if I could, I would give them 10 stars in all categories! Thierry Mace and the entire staff were spectacular. We only went to one tasting and were so happy with the food and comfortable with Thierry, that we just went with them. While we were at our tasting, another couple who was married 15 yrs ago who also used Froggy's came up to us and raved about their services. That spoke volumes. Throughout the process, we were never disappointed. It was so easy and everything exceeded our expectations. On top of the excellent food/service /coordination, the price cannot be beat. Having a wedding in Chicago can be very overwhelming but Thierry and Froggy's made it a wonderful experience! I'm looking forward to eating at the restaurant for many years to come!

We couldn't be happier with the catering at our wedding. Thierry and his team at Froggy's went above and beyond our expectations. We really liked how the menu selections were not typical "wedding food". We chose the duck entree and our guests raved about it! Many people wanted a second piece of carrot cake...my sister who hates carrot cake couldn't stop talking about how good it was! Thierry was extremely knowledgeable, patient and responsive while planning the event. He had great suggestions and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were impressed with the staff as well! Many people complimented us on their friendliness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Froggy's to anyone planning a wedding!

Froggy's Catering is the most fantastic catering team I've worked with. They catered my wedding, and I couldn't have imagined better food, service, client management and communication. They truly are the full package.
Froggy's made my wedding absolutely amazing - they created a wonderful four course dinner menu with wine pairings that were to die for. They also made an incredibly dessert buffet and even rented an ice cream truck for my guests (ice cream is my and my husband's favorite treat).
The meal included a wonderful mushroom terrine, a delicious scallop, a beautiful salad and a duck/beef course that was wonderful - they food was fresh, light and the service was spot-on. We had over 180 people at the wedding, and everyone received their food quickly.
One other item that we especially appreciated as the reception was at my parents home, is they were very clean and respectful of space. They left our home and kitchen in better repair than it was in before they came. I can't say enough good things.

As the mother of the bride, I live in Tampa Bay, far from our Evanston, IL wedding event, so that required that the vendors we chose were highly responsive to my email questions/suggestions/directions etc. Thierry was really good at both communicating, clarifying, and ensuring me that Froggy's would make our daughter's and son-in-law's wedding day so very special. Thierry was also very realistic about the best food choices that would please both our guests and our wedding budget. I would highly recommend Froggy's Catering!

The preparedness and professionalism of the Froggy’s team made our wedding day go perfectly without us ever having to think about logistics, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. They worked closely with the Woman’s Club of Evanston and our other vendors to create a beautiful and seamless experience for us and our guests. A minor thing I noticed and loved was that the hors d’oeuvres trays during cocktail hour had some of each item on every tray, so guests could pick their favorite item without having to wait for a certain tray to come around — this is just one small example of the thoughtfulness that went into everything Froggy’s did.
We feel (especially in comparison to the price estimates we received from other potential caterers) that Froggy’s is delivering unparalleled value, and we give them our highest recommendation.
